By creating an account or using LiveSwift ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LiveSwift provides business management software, including order management, staff management, inventory, accounting, and reporting tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. License & Payment

LiveSwift is offered as a one-time lifetime license. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires activating your business with a valid lifetime license. License pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. A separate annual infrastructure & service fee applies to keep your LiveSwift environment running. If a business is not activated after its trial, or an applicable annual service fee remains unpaid, access to the account and its businesses may be suspended.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other businesses' data, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter (your business, staff, and operational information). You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LiveSwift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profit arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
